We are Michigan based and specialize in geriatrics – allowing us to work closely with hospitals and physicians to maintain a collaborative environment of care and medical expertise for our metro Detroit communities.

From our experienced clinical teams of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs (just to name a few) to our critical support teams of housekeeping, dietary, and maintenance (among many others), our mission to be the premier health and rehabilitation provider in nursing homes and senior living remains constant.
